Locations: Complete Care Hamilton Plaza and Complete Care Chestnut Hill (Passaic, NJ)

• Full Time (1st Shift)

• HR Director Experience Required

• Long Term Care Experience Required

• Salary: Up To $90K/year (based on experience)

Human Resources (HR) Director Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff as needed

• Processing of new hires

• Payroll oversight

• Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues

• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
  

Human Resources (HR) Director Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Human Resources (HR) Director experience required

• Leadership qualities required.

• LTC/SNF experience required.

• Healthcare experience is required.
