Busser / Runner at Blooming Hill
Job Description
Blooming Hill Farm is looking for servers to build our team. We are located on 1251 Route 208 between Monroe and Washingtonville. Our restaurant and wedding venue is located on an operating farm. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. The Busser/ Runner position is cross trained on both events and restaurant service. Compensation is $12.50 per hour plus tips when working in the restaurant and $25-30 per hour when working an event.
Responsibilities
- Setting up for service and events
- Understanding our menu in order to help customers make menu selections and answering questions about preparation and allergies.
- Delivering a great customer experience with the hopes of creating repeat guests
Qualifications Desired
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work on a team
- Strong organizational skills
- General Experience in the food and beverage industry
