Venda Ravioli is looking for a baker to join our team.
Duties include:
- Accurately weighing out and preparing ingredients for mixing.
- Mixing, dividing and shaping dough.
- Operating ovens, proofers and mixers.
- Monitoring baking times and oven temperatures for different products.
- Baking various types of bread, cookies and other products in large batches.
- Checking ingredient quality and managing inventory.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment.
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Skill with baking equipment like ovens and mixers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills for scaling recipes.
- Artistic skills for decoration and presentation.
