Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients to grow our footprint within the local business community.

Review complex insurance portfolios to identify coverage gaps and provide meaningful solutions.

Collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate competitive terms for our clients.

Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date records within our agency management system.

Participate in local networking events to represent the values and expertise of The Atlantic District.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level client management.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close new business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a busy office setting.

Prior experience with commercial lines insurance is highly valued.
