We are growing rapidly and currently in search of a CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join our team of energetic self-starters in the Houston area.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Work directly with project managers to oversee the project from conception to completion.

· Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site.

· Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site.

· Enforce OSHA compliance.

· Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality.

· Maintain complete and organized records of the job site.

· Manage efficient & timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review, attic stock demobilization, etc.

· Promote and contribute to a working atmosphere across all divisions that results in maintaining strong cooperation, efficiency, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

· At least five years of experience in commercial construction.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, trade partners, clients, and customers.

· Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use construction scheduling software is a plus.

· Team-oriented, positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude.

· Exceptional core values and integrity.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivation with ability to work independently.

· Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly with strong attention to detail.
