Position: VP of Investment

Location: Great Neck, NY (Fully In-Office)

Salary: $135k – $175k + Performance-based commission / Fund Raising Incentives (Un-Capped)

Growing Residential Real Estate Organization Seeks VP of Investment to Join Their Team

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, or business development.
• Strong network of investors, family offices, lenders, developers, or institutional capital partners preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce capital and originate investment opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts.
• Experience in real estate investment, private equity, finance, or related industries strongly preferred.

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of real estate industry fund raising experience desired

· Base Salary negotiable based on existing investor network, capital resources & business development capabilities

· Exceptional candidates with strong capital relationships have potential for partnership level opportunity

· Bilingual (Mandarin/Chinese) Highly Preferred
