Night Shift Off-Road Truck Drivers

Description

We’re currently looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Haul Truck Driver to join our crew and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Operate off-road haul trucks to transport materials such as dirt, rock, or other aggregate across construction sites.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on haul trucks (greasing, fueling, cleaning windows, etc.).
Safely load and unload materials while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential hazards.
Communicate clearly with site supervisors, equipment operators, and ground personnel.
Follow all site-specific safety protocols and traffic control procedures.
Report equipment issues or needed repairs to the mechanic or supervisor immediately.
Assist with general labor duties when truck operation is not needed, if required.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating off-road haul trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but maybe a plus depending on site and equipment).
Strong understanding of construction site safety.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods and climb in/out of trucks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in variable weather conditions and rugged terrain.
