Fellowship offers a comprehensive continuum of services that include Independent Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Memory Support all in our beautiful senior living community.Your MissionAs a CDL Driver, you’ll keep residents moving safely and smoothly—delivering dependable transportation while meeting all federal, state, and local requirements.Key responsibilities- Transport residents in a safe, courteous, and conscientious manner- Operate facility vehicles/equipment in an orderly way and follow established policies and procedures- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with upkeep as needed- Maintain Pa. DOT and OSHA compliance; follow HIPAA/privacy expectations- Support a safe environment using universal precautions for infectious materialsRequired qualifications/skills- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and CDL license; safe driving record- Mechanical aptitude; ability to push/pull/move heavy objects repeatedly- Familiarity with geriatrics and long-term care; strong customer-service orientation- Excellent verbal/written English communicationPay: $26–$29/hr.
