White Glove Community Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA Special Ed Teacher to join our team of dedicated early intervention professionals in Special Education in Queens, NY. As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
Utilize early intervention strategies and learning technologies to promote literacy and social skills
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and other professionals
Requirements:
Master's degree in Special Education (MSED)
Teacher's certification for students with disabilities Birth-Grade 2
Experience working with children with special needs, specifically those with developmental disabilities and autism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
