Tire & Lubricants Warehouse Operations Technician
Job Description

You’ll keep product moving—tires, undercar parts, and lubricants—so our customers can keep vehicles on the road.
A Day in the Life- Start your shift ready to move: receive inbound pallets, stage orders, and use forklifts or order pickers to stock and pull product.
- Navigate high-bay racking—up to 25 feet—safely and confidently while following all equipment procedures.
- Use handheld scanners to locate, put away, and audit inventory with precision.
- Team-lift commercial tires or use mechanical assists; regularly lift 50 lbs and on occasion up to 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs with barrels or industrial/ag tires.
- Pitch in across e-commerce, inventory, and will call when business needs shift.
- Keep safety first—PPE on, procedures followed, and a watchful eye for your team.
Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–1:30 am (or until work is complete). Overtime may be required and schedules can change based on business needs.

- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or closely related experience
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs when handling barrels or industrial/ag tires
- Comfort working at heights up to 25 feet while meeting all safety standards
- Ability to earn forklift certification
- Strong team mindset, ability to follow instructions and SOPs, and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations and manufacturer guidelines
You must be visually, auditorily, physically, and mentally able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Expect frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional lifts to 80 lbs; occasional pushing force up to 40 lbs; team-lift or mechanical aids for commercial tires.
PPE includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL. We provide all PPE except steel/composite toe boots, and you must follow manufacturer and company guidelines for compliant use.
Work conditions may include prevailing weather in loading areas; noise is typically moderate; you may encounter tire-related fumes and, at times, fumes from auto parts and lubricants.
