What You'll HandleYou'll serve as the Head Teller at our Brook Park branch. This role exists to keep the teller line accurate, fast, and consistent for every member.Key responsibilities:- Lead daily teller operations, balancing service speed with control- Coach and support tellers to meet cash-handling and service standards- Manage cash limits, vault/cash drawer controls, and daily balancing- Resolve member issues at the line and escalate when needed- Follow credit union policies and required security proceduresRequired qualifications/skills:- 2+ years of teller or cash-handling experience; prior lead experience preferred- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with transaction volume- Clear communication and steady decision-making- Basic computer skills and ability to learn branch systemsIf you want a stable, onsite role with clear expectations, apply for the Head Teller position.
