Regional Director of Operations

A respected, growing skilled nursing organization based in the Middletown, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead operations across its portfolio of facilities. The Regional Director of Operations will guide facility leadership teams, drive performance, and champion quality care across the region. The Regional Director of Operations position is ideal for a proven multi-site operator or a senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) ready to lead at the regional level. Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.

Regional Director of Operations Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)

• Support, mentor, and hold accountable facility Administrators and leadership teams

• Drive census growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across the region

• Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and quality improvement

Regional Director of Operations Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: up to $220k annually

• Full-time

• Location: Middletown, OH (regional travel to facilities)

Regional Director of Operations Qualifications

• Experience as a Regional Director of Operations, or as a senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who has overseen multiple facilities

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
