Asphalt Restoration Foreman

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Restoration Foreman to lead and manage asphalt maintenance and restoration projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to operate an asphalt paver. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. Responsibilities:Supervise and lead asphalt restoration crews on job sitesOperate asphalt paver and other heavy equipment as neededPlan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew membersEnsure quality control for sealcoating, paving, patching, crack filling, and stripingEnforce safety procedures and company policiesCommunicate with management and clients regarding project progressTrain and mentor crew members Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt restoration or pavingProven experience operating an asphalt paverStrong leadership and crew management skillsKnowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and safety standardsAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
