Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight operations at our cold storage facility. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring proper handling and storage of incoming produce, and maintaining efficiency and safety throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support night shift warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, handling, and storage of produce shipments
• Ensure products are maintained at proper temperatures and conditions
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Enforce safety standards and proper cold storage procedures
• Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies to management
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
• Complete shift reports and maintain basic documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environments preferred
• Ability to work in cold temperature conditions for extended periods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
