Receptionist (6am-2pm)

Come join out wonderful team at Care Pavilion. We are looking for a weekend Receptionist for the following shifts:

Full Time 6am-2pm

The Receptionist maintains an environment that allows resident, families, visitors, vendors and facility staff to interact in a safe, secure and clean surroundings. The position serves and supports all facility activities through the patrol of facility buildings, grounds, roads and all surroundings.

The objective is to support the facility through physical security, asset protection, access control, crime prevention, compliance enforecement, document and investigate incidents including and not limited to resident and staff eduction.

Maintain operations, policies and procedures to minimize the risk of injury, damage to or loss of property and facility assets.

Implement and adhere to policies concerning staff identification, resident visitation, contractor identification and access, searches, resident property storage, preservation of evidence, use of force, incident reporting and emergency planning.
