Job Summary:
We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23 (with potential for growth) in a supportive, clinically driven workplace.

Responsibilities:

· Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children

· Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

· Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

· Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with structured training and ongoing support

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Passion for working with children!

· Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)

· No prior ABA experience required – we provide full training

Physical Requirements:

This is an active, hands-on role that involves working directly with children in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. Registered Behavior Technicians must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor-level and standing positions. The role may require lifting or physically supporting children weighing up to 40–50 pounds, as clinically appropriate; participating in active play and movement-based learning activities; physically prompting or modeling skills as outlined in individualized treatment plans; responding quickly to support client safety; maintaining the physical stamina needed to provide multiple sessions throughout the day; and working effectively in environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
