ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician - Ridgewood, Queens (11385)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 6-year-old client in Ridgewood, Queens.

Case Details:

• Location: Ridgewood, NY 11385

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Setting: In-home

• Client: 6-year-old boy

• Communication: Vocal

• Level: Level 2

• Needs: Mild communication deficits, moderate social challenges, restricted/repetitive behaviors, and maladaptive behaviors (including tantrums)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and behavior regulation

• Accurately collect and record session data

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred)

• RBT certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable, patient, and motivated
