Line Cook

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, morning, breakfast cook to prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every plate meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Must have current AZ Food Handler Certificate.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary school training.
• Experience with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• First aid and food handler certification.
