Your mission

Own the complete lifecycle of precision parts—planning, machining, quality checks, and continuous improvement.

  • Machine to print using shearing, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and bench operations.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain manual machines and tools to produce precision components.
  • Troubleshoot defects, adjust process variables, and eliminate non-conformances.
  • Interpret drawings accurately and verify quality at each step.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cell.
What you need to succeed
  • 1+ years of experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work.
  • Ability to read blueprints and product specifications.
  • Reliable and punctual—on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM.
  • Comfort lifting/moving up to 25 lbs frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Looking to level up? CNC programming experience is required for our upper-level track.
Rewards and rhythm
  • $1,000 Signing Bonus paid as $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
  • Day shift for all: 44 hours/week—6:00 AM–3:30 PM Mon–Thu; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Fri (seasonal OT).
