SUMMARY: The Parts Clerk (Entry-Level) supports aircraft maintenance operations by performing basic receiving, stocking, issuing, and documentation tasks under the supervision of the Parts Specialist or Parts Manager. This entry-level role focuses on learning FAA parts traceability, documentation requirements, and company procedures in a Part 135 environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts and materials; verify quantities and paperwork
- Assist with stocking parts in designated storage locations
- Issue parts to maintenance personnel as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas
- Assist with shelf-life monitoring and basic inventory counts
- Segregate serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantined parts under supervision
- Support AOG logistics and shipping as assigned
- Follow company GMM/GOM and parts control procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Interest in aviation or supply chain operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience
- Exposure to aviation maintenance environments
