A young man in the Bloomsburg, PA area is seeking a male Direct Support Professional to join his team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and ready to help him build confidence, independence, and daily living skills.

• Starting at $18–$20/hr based on experience

• Mileage reimbursement for all travel

• Part‑time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full‑time hours

• Support daily living skills and personal goals

• Encourage independence and community involvement

• Provide consistent, respectful, person‑centered care

• Help create structure, routine, and positive experiences

Bloomsburg, PA and surrounding areas

• Male DSP or caregiver

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Patient, encouraging, and dependable

• Experience with intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
