Job Description
HotelPro, a hospitality staffing company, is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to join our Operations team.
This role is responsible for client and team member care, recruiting, onboarding, and operational excellence. The Operations Manager serves as a key and trusted liaison between HotelPro, our team members, and our clients, aligning priorities, supporting staffing needs, and driving performance across market operations.

As an Operations Manager You Will...
- Meet with each client weekly to understand their needs, provide tailored staffing support, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support client communications, hotel initiatives, daily activities, and new client launches.
- Fill open positions timely and support last-minute staffing requests when possible.
- Proactively identify and resolve client-related issues, escalating as needed.
- Implement an “Always Be Recruiting” mindset and execute recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Maintain recruiting tracking systems accurately and continuously.
- Build recruiting networks through community outreach and approved social media platforms.
- Ensure pre-qualified candidates align with HotelPro culture and role requirements.
- Complete onboarding processes, including interviewing, hiring, and HotelPro safety orientation.
- Complete new hire workflows accurately and timely, with the goal of Right the First Time.
- Maintain accurate Avionté statuses, assignments, and team member information.
- Uphold HotelPro integrity and compliance standards, including I-9, drug testing, and background check requirements.
- Submit and update Open Orders, Market Pulse Reports, Weekly Reports, client updates, and payroll accurately and timely.
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring average hours, exploring hotel departments, tracking competitors, and sharing marketing insights.
- Manage inventories and maintain a respectful, organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Respond to and resolve corporate requests within 24 hours.
- Promote HotelPro culture, core values, initiatives, projects, and pilots.
- Meet safety visit and safety meeting goals, respond immediately to workplace injuries, and follow HotelPro workers’ compensation procedures.
- Engage with team members during property visits to build trust, resolve concerns, and strengthen retention.
- Recognize team member accomplishments, support growth opportunities, provide translation as needed, and offer coaching and counseling when appropriate.
As an Operations Manager You Bring...
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 1+ year of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Previous experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Proven record of success in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills with willingness and ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance upon hire.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
