• Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $130,000–$160,000

Our client is a growing general contractor with billions in secured work over the next 5 years—primarily focused on large-scale industrial projects. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ground-up projects
• Oversee all phases of construction: estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Partner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain jobsite safety and quality
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Prior work with a General Contractor (GC) is required
• Strong background in PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), Tilt-Wall, and Structural Steel
• Must be tech-savvy with strong project documentation and scheduling skills
• Experience in industrial, warehouse, or distribution builds is a plus
