Full-Time | $30–$32 per hour

Dental Serenity is a boutique general dental practice in Manhattan looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Dental Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

We hire based on personality and attitude, but strong general dentistry experience is required. The ideal candidate will be confident discussing treatment and financial arrangements while helping patients feel comfortable moving forward with their recommended care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedule and maintain productive patient flow
• Present treatment plans and financial options
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
• Support case acceptance and practice growth
• Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate coverage
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service
• Collect patient payments and discuss financial arrangements
• Build positive relationships with patients and team members
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and high-quality patient experience

Qualifications:

• General dentistry experience is required
• Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, positive, dependable, team-oriented and amazing attitude
• Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
• Able to multitask in a busy dental environment
• Willing to learn and contribute to the growth of the practice
