As a Beacon employee, you can be a part of delivering our mission and improving the lives of people with disabilities.POSITION INTRODUCTION:The Job Coach – Custodial Support plays a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities succeed in custodial and facilities‑maintenance positions. This role provides on‑site and individualized coaching to ensure participants can perform cleaning, sanitation, and routine maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and independently. The Job Coach teaches job duties, reinforces workplace expectations, and collaborates with employers to implement appropriate accommodations that promote long‑term employment success. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to break down physical and multi‑step tasks into clear, teachable components while maintaining a supportive, strengths‑based approach.We are looking for a patient, flexible and dedicated person to work with, train and supervise a fantastic team of adults with disabilities. Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position.
