Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Technician

Mole·Master Services Corporation is seeking a high‑level, experienced mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair our specialized industrial fleet. If you’re strong in diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and advanced troubleshooting, this is a high‑impact role where your expertise directly keeps our operations running.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex diagnostics & repairs
• Service and maintain specialized industrial equipment
• Perform DOT inspections & ensure safety compliance
• Support field operations with on‑site troubleshooting
• Influence maintenance standards & equipment reliability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with heavy equipment or industrial machinery
• Strong diagnostic ability — not just parts replacement
• Hydraulics & electrical systems experience
• CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or;
• Two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Gas and diesel engine background a strong plus

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

• Valid driver license required; CDL preferred
