Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new commercial insurance accounts.
Conduct deep-dive assessments of client risks to craft custom insurance solutions that provide actual protection.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring that coverage evolves alongside their life or business changes.
Collaborate with our internal underwriting partners to negotiate competitive terms for complex policy renewals.
Maintain an active presence in the Reading community to foster local partnerships and business growth.
Serve as a mentor to newer team members, sharing your industry knowledge and sales strategies to help them grow.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum of five years of experience in consultative insurance sales.
Strong track record of managing and retaining a substantial book of business.
Expertise in analyzing complex risk profiles for commercial and personal lines.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Prior experience mentoring junior staff or leading small teams.
