Job Summary:
We Care, Bloomfield West is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Adult Day Healthcare Program in Orange, California. Responsibilities:
Report directly to the CEO and manage the daily operations and clinical supervision of the Adult Day Healthcare Program
Oversee Day Program duties, including managing program staff, working closely with parents, care providers, transportation services, case workers, and others in the community
Coordinate, develop, and evaluate the program's overall effectiveness to ensure all participants are adhering to the agency's purpose, approach, legal, and ethical standards
Provide clinical support to staff through staff orientation and training
Maintain consumer records, human resource records/documents, quality assurance reporting, and facility safety regulations/mandates
Utilize strong analytical, communicative, and interpersonal skills to complete necessary ongoing documentation and report writing
Collaborate with other directors and/or assistant directors to prepare for director responsibilities and job expectations
Facilitate, organize, and implement all Program staff training, in-services, and meetings
Coordinate and facilitate all Orange County Regional Center Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual, IDT Consumer Meetings
Seek out and implement pre-vocational job training sites and activities that build pre-vocational / independent consumer skills
Requirements:
Be over the age of 21
Obtain a DOJ clearance
Obtain a cleared T.B.
Obtain CPR/FA certification
Current CDL, car insurance, and car registration
Knowledge of and experience in all Title 17/22 regulations and mandates and ability to carry out such practices daily
Minimum of a baccalaureate degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field and a minimum of (1) year experience in the management of a human services delivery system, or Three(3) years of experience in a human services delivery system including at least (1) one year in a management or supervisory position
Experience:
Working with individuals with disabilities: 3-5 years (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
License:
CPR/First Aid (Required)
