Job Description

Job Description
A day in the life

Picture your shift beginning with a safety check and PPE on. You review drawings, confirm sizing instructions, and pull a tape to verify dimensions. You bring motorized equipment online—forklifts and KVAL lifts among them—then set machines to precise sizing specifications. As product flows, you swap heads and tools, make real-time adjustments, and keep quality on target.

Between runs, you handle station keeping: light repairs, routing and tracking work, and preventative maintenance to keep uptime high. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates, communicate changes clearly, and follow day-to-day direction from your supervisor. Above all, you work safely and follow established procedures.
