Responsibilities:
Billing oversight (VA, private pay, CalOptima, long-term care)
Payroll review and approval before processing
Accounts receivable follow-up
Budget tracking and expense monitoring
Office procedures and workflow improvement
HR paperwork and compliance
Recruiting process oversight
Rec & Retention accountability
Vendor management
Office supplies and facilities
KPI reporting for both offices
Assist with scheduling coverage during emergencies

Conduct Client Introductions: Introduce clients to caregivers on rotating weekends and during the week as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager/Assistant Business Ops Manager role.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
