Leading Medical group looking to hire a full time or part time Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient in the Baltimore, MD area!
We are looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient medicine and a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Providing patient education and counseling
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Shared call in a rotation of 1:5 for weekend coverage, phone only
- Weekday shifts are 8 hours with 7 clinical and 1 admin scheduled
Qualifications for the position include:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Base salary plus uncapped RVU Bonus plus KPI bonus every six months
- Sign on bonus
