We are seeking professional Class A CDL drivers for a high-volume dedicated regional account.

Pay and Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500 average weekly pay.
• Compensation Structure: Competitive mileage pay (CPM) plus an additional $220.00 per load for delivery and unload execution.
• Freight Volume: Highly consistent year-round freight, averaging 3 full trailer loads per week.

Schedule and Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset.
• Predictability: Stable dispatch schedule with an average of 3 structured dispatches every week.

Freight, Equipment, and Unloading

• Equipment: Late-model sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, pulling standard 53-foot dry van trailers.
• Unloading Process: Drivers are responsible for unloading full trailer loads at delivery sites. This account utilizes high-efficiency roto carts and hydraulic lift gates. No loose floor-stacking or heavy individual box-throwing is required.

Hiring Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Hiring Radius: Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Yuma, AZ
• Compliance: Must meet all standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, background, safety, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
