Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions for families and business owners.

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and support.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes and explain complex coverage details in a way that is easy to understand.

Manage policy renewals and process amendments with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible coverage options for our clients.

Participate in local community events to build our presence and reputation throughout the Augusta area.

Requirements

Active Maine Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong command of agency management software and digital document systems.

Clear, empathetic, and professional communication abilities.

Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policy documentation and coverage gaps.

Strong ability to organize daily tasks and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
