Your role involves coordinating the Grain Department to optimize market share and improve efficiency while providing excellent customer service. You'll clean and maintain elevator facilities, load and unload trucks, and conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality grain storage. Your attention to detail helps prevent contamination, and your proactive approach keeps equipment well-maintained. You foster a friendly atmosphere focused on continuous quality improvement!LOCATIONS:We have five elevators located in Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Hugo, and Limon.
