Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with individuals and local business owners throughout the Bristol area.

Analyze the specific needs of each policyholder to ensure they have the right coverage for their life circumstances.

Review existing policies regularly to keep up with changes in client needs or market conditions.

Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and empathy during their most difficult moments.

Identify gaps in protection and offer thoughtful, proactive advice on how to bridge them.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to keep our records current and helpful.

Connecticut Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of experience managing an insurance book of business.

Strong command of agency management software and digital document filing systems.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with the Bristol, Connecticut community.
