As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our clients.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced ABA therapists and behavior analysts to provide behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be responsible for implementing intensive behavioral interventions, conducting behavioral assessments, and monitoring client progress. Your expertise will help us achieve our mission of empowering individuals with autism to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral interventions and training plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records

  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care

  • Provide support and education to family members and caregivers

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred

  • Prior experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
