- Assist in the operation of cranes in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures
- Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and associated equipment to ensure safe functionality
- Work collaboratively with site managers and team members to execute lift plans and schedules
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of crane operations and safety practices
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and inspections as required
- Respond to signals and instructions from site personnel to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
