Painter

Location: Thibodaux, LA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Seeking an experienced Painter to prepare and paint parts, assemblies, and complete machines in a safety-focused production environment. Duties include mixing paint, adjusting paint equipment, applying coatings, inspecting finished work, and maintaining a clean work area.

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, NCRC, or 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing or automotive painting experience
• Experience preparing surfaces and mixing paint
• Ability to operate and adjust spray guns and paint equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed

• Production or industrial painting experience
• Experience with spray guns, electro-deposition, or flow-coat equipment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
