We are looking for a serious candidate who has a flexible schedule and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. This position requires someone who is punctual, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Position Details:
Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and accurate folio transactions
· Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
· Issue room key and escort instructions
· Transmit telephone messages
· Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
· Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
· Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
· Make and confirm reservations
· Post charges such as room, sundry items, fax, copy or telephone
· Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours
· Deposit guests' valuables in safe deposit box
· Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
· Restock coffee station as needed
· Restock work area - maintain neat and organized work area
· Deliver supplies to guests as needed

- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well independently and as part of a team.
- Hotel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
