CFS Operator
Job Description
Lead daily production floor operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Oversee workflows across provisioning, asset tagging, etching, quality control, and shipping functions.
Assign work, monitor productivity, and balance staffing across multiple production areas.
Track order flow and proactively address bottlenecks to maintain throughput and meet deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for production associates during your shift.
Conduct daily team huddles to communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
Escalate issues related to equipment, inventory, or quality to leadership as needed.
Train, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support inventory accuracy, material movement, and reporting processes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment aligned with safety and 5S standards.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments.
Proven experience leading teams in a fastpaced operational setting.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Experience in shipping, logistics, provisioning, or technology-related operations is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational tracking systems.
A hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the floor and driving team performance.
