We are actively hiring Class A CDL drivers looking for a great opportunity with high earning potential, steady freight, and reliable weekly home time. This dedicated account services retail locations across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average Earnings: $1,500–$1,700/wk ($75k–$100k/yr); top earners make $2,000+
• Effective Rate: $1.80 all-in average CPM
• Experience CPM: 0–11m: $0.82 | 12–23m: $0.83 | 24–35m: $0.84 | 36m+: $0.85
• Accessorials: $245 per unload | $70 per backhaul | $25 per stop
• Summer Retention Bonus: Extra $337.50/wk (May 18 – Aug 15)
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: $250 on load #1 $250 at 30/60 days $500 at 90 days $250 at 120/150 days $750 at 180 days

Job & Schedule

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hr reset (weekends not guaranteed)
• Freight: 100% physical touch freight
• Miles & Stops: 800–1,000 miles/wk average
• Equipment: Modern Freightliners and Internationals
• Training: Paid 2-day ride-along ($150/day)

Requirements

• CDL-A Experience: Minimum 3 months in the last 3 years
• Physical Capability: Must handle live unloads of stacked freight
• Parking Rule: Truck stays at local terminal/DC during resets (no home parking)
• Orientation: Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies
• Background: Clean MVR & background (Non-SAP)
