Job Summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will play a critical role in helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and families, and make a meaningful impact on their lives. You will work closely with our team of BCBA's and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
