Based in Norcross, GA 30071, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping semi-trailers safe and road-ready. Your morning might start with a thorough inspection, move into diagnosing a tricky electrical fault, and wrap with a precise brake or suspension repair. Throughout the day, you’ll communicate clearly with clients about repair status, collaborate with teammates to streamline workflow, and document every service with accuracy—all while following safety regulations and company policies.

• Diagnose issues on semi-trailers and carry out effective repairs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and detailed inspections to keep trailers operating at peak performance.
• Repair or replace key components including brakes, axles, and suspension systems.
• Record all maintenance and repair actions with precision.
• Partner with the team to refine processes and improve shop efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to company procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, timely communication about repair progress.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive or diesel mechanics preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a mechanic with semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and dependable team player.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
