Safety is not a slogan here—it is a non-negotiable standard. To qualify, your driving record must meet these exact gates:
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years (regardless of fault classification, preventable incidents are strictly limited).
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years (including but not limited to speeding, improper lane change, or failure to obey traffic control devices).
- Zero DUIs, DWIs, or any alcohol-related driving offenses in the last 5 years. Any such conviction, even if expunged, will disqualify you.
- No reckless driving, hit-and-run, or felony convictions involving a motor vehicle in the last 5 years.
These gates are absolute. If you cannot meet them, we appreciate your interest but ask that you do not apply. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any falsification of driving history.
Minimum Qualifications- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no current restrictions other than corrective lenses.
- Verifiable 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (documented through previous employer or DAC report).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Clean MVR and PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) report that meets the safety gates listed above.
- Strong understanding of hours of service regulations, load securement, and pre-trip/post-trip inspection procedures.
- Professional communication skills, both with dispatch and customers.
- Consistent weekly pay cycle with direct deposit available.
