Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to support K–12 students in an after-school program in Walnut Creek, CA.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Behavior Technician looking for consistent afternoon hours in a school setting.

• Earn $26/hr, paid weekly

• Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

• Consistent 3.5-hour shifts

• No nights or weekends

• School-based setting with a predictable schedule

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K–12 students

• Reinforce positive behaviors and support student participation in after-school activities

• Follow established behavior intervention and support plans

• Track and document student behavior and progress

• Work closely with program staff and clinical support teams

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous Behavior Technician, ABA, or behavioral support experience preferred

• Active BLS certification

• Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

• Dependable attendance throughout the school year
