This is a PRN (as needed) swing position 12pm-8pm and 6:00 am-2pm every other weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals to individual with special dietary needs.
Plan and prepare menus that meet dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines
Cook and assemble meals according to standardized recipes and food safety procedures
Ensure food is properly stored,handle, and served
Assist with inventory management
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
This position requires the following qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation, required
Food and Sanitation License required
Detail oriented
Ability to work well with others
Ability to adjust and communicate effectively with others
Ability to follow the reasonable instructions of superior
