AC Moate Industries is hiring an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our paving crew in the Reno area. We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a paver, work with a crew, and put down a clean, consistent mat.

What You’ll Do

• Operate asphalt paver on commercial projects
• Control speed, grade, and material flow
• Work closely with screed, roller operators, and foreman
• Ensure smooth, even asphalt placement
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow safety procedures on active job sites

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience operating an asphalt paver
• Strong understanding of grade, slope, and asphalt placement
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
