Identify and recruit top-tier talent to join our growing agency family.

Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new agents to help them find their footing.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint throughout the Harrisburg area.

Foster an encouraging office culture where individual successes are celebrated daily.

Conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with your team members.

Serve as a lead ambassador for our agency at local networking events and community gatherings.

Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Proven history of building and leading successful sales teams.

Deep understanding of the local insurance market in Harrisburg.

Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

Dedication to mentorship and professional development.

Experience in recruiting and interviewing prospective candidates.
