About the RBT Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
RBT Job Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
Collect and record accurate client data
Implement behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors when needed

Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families
Active RBT certification (in good standing)
Minimum of 6 months of ABA therapy experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Perks
Hourly Pay: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
Guaranteed Raises: Automatic $0.50 raises every 6 months, with no cap
401(k): Available after 6 months of employment, with a 1% company match after 1 year
