Hybrid Patent Paralegal Qualifications- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience within a law firm
- Proven expertise preparing and filing U.S. and international patent applications including PCT and national-phase filings.
- Proficient in patent docketing software and managing electronic records via document management systems.
- Have an Undergraduate Degree OR a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
